I am very sorry, I have been totally deaf since the age of three when I almost drown in my bath. I don't own a phone. 6. Is a little harsh I think. Am I entitled to any kind of redundancy? What is our disciplinary policy? Do I get three verbal then three written warnings before dismissal as in most jobs?

I really don't think there is any need to be rude. There is nothing going on with me, I can assure you, and I don't appreciate your tone let me tell you. You are the one who has been having computer problems, not me. I don't know what is wrong with the Western Union system but perhaps it is your computer playing up again (you still seem to be sending several emails at once, did you know?). Maybe the Western Union is having problems? Are you typing in the correct information? I have the receipt in front of me and I can assure you that the money was taken from me in the shop. Are you sure this payment method is reliable? I have never heard of it myself.

I have done everything you have asked Bob, I don't see how this can possibly be my fault.

I must apologise for the delay, my Pachyostosis has been particularly painful these last few days and it take me much longer to type. I didn't have enough money left to buy my medicine this month because of the money I had to send Mr Turner. In fact I have been bedridden for the past 2 days so it's lucky you didn't email sooner.

Anyway, I have just checked my receipt again and you are right. I am so terribly sorry. I did give you the wrong number, you were right. The number on the Western union receipt starts with a 4 not a 5. 4253864853 I think I might need to get some glasses, but they will have to wait until I start making some money from this job. I hope we get this bank account thing sorted out quickly.

Let me know how Mr Turner gets on. Please pass on my apologies, does he have to travel far to the Western Union? It takes me over an hour to get there (I have to change buses at Mavis Street) and then another hour to get back. Although I dread to think how long it will take before I get more medicine.

What are you expecting me to do? I don't know anything about the Western Union, or their website. If you remember I didn't even want to use the Western Bloody Union. Are you calling me a liar? Do you want me to post a copy of the receipt to you?

You still haven't even answered me about why it is necessary to use the Chase Bank anyway. You can transfer money from any bank to any other bank anywhere in the world. This whole business seems an unnecessary waste of all of our time. Before you make those changes to my contract I would like to have some clause in there that I cannot be held responsible for technical problems with the Western Union or the bank's computer systems (or whatever is going on). I am getting the feeling that I am being blamed for this and I can tell you Mr Boob, that I don't think that is fair at all. This isn't doing my Pachyostosis any good. I don't suppose you offer any health care to employees do you? What about sick leave?

Me Bob,

I went into twon in extreme pain, and went to Wetern onion office. I give them recepot and they checked the status. They sad that because I told thewm I did not know Mr tURNER that the transfer was blocked from their anti-fraud security options. They ask me again if I know Mr TUrner and i told them i don#t. You did emplot me for my honestu mr Bib, and I had to be honesy with them.

They can not release the transfer until I can fill out a form to say that am sure mr Turner is a real person and is who he says he is.

The form says I need to ask mr TUrner for a copy of identity to show his job (relating to why i am sending the money) and a photograph showing an item or phrase that i specify to know that the identity is really Mr turntr and not faked. THis seems a very strange going on. I;ve never had this sort of touble sending monety through the bank or pOst orfice.

Hi Bob,

I'm sorry it took me so long. I went into town for the Remembrance Day parade at 11 o'clock but I collapsed and the St. John's Ambulance ended up taking me to hospital. The medicine I had made me very ill, but luckily the hospital had managed to cure the effects but they wanted to keep me for several hours for observation. I have only just got home. Thankfully they did give me some injections that should keep my Pachyostosis under control for a couple of days, but I really need to get this bank thing sorted out before then so I can get back my money to buy some new medicine.

Luckily I had gone into the Western Union and the Post Office (it was only round the corner from the Money Shop) before the parade. I have now sent the money via Moneygram as you instructed me. They did not ask me about Mr Turner this time, which is lucky because I still could not lie about knowing him.

I think you should only need the Reference Number this time because everything is the same as last time.

Mr Bob, I live in a small village. We have a cafe, but they sell tea and cakes not internet. They aren't open today anyway, Mrs Cradock has gone to London to visit her son.

What is the reason? I have been using Western Union and Moneygram for a long time ,I had never experienced this kind of difficulty.

What were the discussions you had with Moneygram before they help you sent out the money?

Mr Bob,

I told you before I don't know anything about Western Union or Moneygram. I am 82 years old and I have never come across them before now. Surely that tells us something?

What were the discussions I had with Moneygram? I can't really remember it very clearly but I think we discussed the weather a little bit, and the Remembrance Day parade that was starting soon. I don't remember them asking any questions like the Western Union, except, obviously, the details they needed to send the money. I am positive that the reference number is correct. Have you made sure Mr Turner has copied it down correctly? Do you want me to email him?

Anyway Bob, I have been up in the loft and found the instructions from my "multifunction printer". I cut my finger on that blasted ladder though - I forgot all about that, it's been so long since I was up there.

I have attached the scan of the Moneygram receipt so you can see for yourself.

I heard you the first time. I didn't know what a PFD or a JPEG was. I tried to open the full manual from the CD but then I had to install something called Abode, or something. You don't get all this bloody palaver with banks Bob.

Anyway, I think this is a JPG, is that like a JPEG?

I don't know what PDF is or how to make one. My scanner will save as TIFF, JPG and BMP. Both of those files open on my computer Bob, is yours still broken? Did you get someone to look at it?

Do you want me to try again? Shall I send the file directly to Mr Turner in case your computer broke it?

Did Mr Turner try again after you confirmed the Reference Number from the scan? Did they say anything to him in the Moneygram office?

I will cancel the transfer today (I can't wait until Wednesday) then I can try again when I collect my next pension. Maybe I should send the money to you instead? Or I can send the money to your bank account? (Or we could even try using my bank account for your clients to pay into?)

I feel terrible about this Bob, but I don't know what else I can do?
